Will NCS help this spot?

Does anyone have experience with these type of milky spots/finger print & NCS? Do you think they will be able to get rid of it w/o hurting the coin?

I've never seen a milk spot that looks like that. Looks like a rub mark to me from the pics.

I'm not real sure what the mark actually is. If it's rub, then it can't be conserved. Maybe others will chime in that might be more familiar with what it might be.

The other thread was asking for a grade y spot, this was just asking about the spot.This forum also seems to get more traffic.

Yes, Joe, it is worse than polished. It is whizzed - quite heavily, and quite distinctively. It is damaged beyond repair.
