Need a favor from someone with good photo editing software

I was wondering if I could ask a favor of someone that has good photo editing software. Below is the photo I am using for my avatar, but as you can see, when I reduced the size to fit the avatar size requirements, the pic became granulated and unclear. I also couldn't get rid of the portion of the NGC label in the upper right corner.

 

If someone could resize this for me and crop it circularly so I can get a better quality avatar I would be really grateful. Thanks!

See the attached versions. I made three different because I wasn't sure what you were wanting. They are all 75x75 pixels which is the requirement for an avatar here on the NGC site. Let me know if you have any suggested changes. I'm happy to help.
