It's been cleaned, appears to have rim damage and might have been bent at one time. The rim damage may be from attempting to flatten the coin out again after a minor bend.

send it next door to NCS for cleaning,then to NGC for grade i think youll be happy.

 

 

NCS can’t fix this coin - it has already been cleaned and has signs of environmental damage.
