The grade is rarely used, but I'd give it an AU-53. The eye appeal is good, but the wear down Ms. Liberty's body is obvious. I'm pretty sure that it is in an AU-55 holder, and it should not have a "Full Head" designation although that is possible on an AU Standing Liberty quarter.

It "might" be VERY lightly whizzed? The reason I say that is the uniform brightness but somewhat muted luster?

 

Regardless, a very pretty coin!

 

I think if the coin had been whizzed, that would have been noted. The sheen looks unnatural and my guess is that the entire coin has been cleaned.
