It's been awhile since I've purchased a coin. Here is my latest NewP:

 

 

Thoughts on grade? Eye appeal?

I'll say AU55 Close to full head but I can't tell for sure. My eyes are in love. 9/10 for eye appeal!

The grade is rarely used, but I'd give it an AU-53. The eye appeal is good, but the wear down Ms. Liberty's body is obvious. I'm pretty sure that it is in an AU-55 holder, and it should not have a "Full Head" designation although that is possible on an AU Standing Liberty quarter.

I was going to say a 55 and it is a nice coin.I just sold off my 4 I had which were 63 and above.wanted to buy other things.

My coin came back "improperly cleaned" from our host.

I have looked and looked and can't figure out how they came up with their conclusion, maybe I need some new eyes?

It "might" be VERY lightly whizzed? The reason I say that is the uniform brightness but somewhat muted luster?

 

Regardless, a very pretty coin!

I think if the coin had been whizzed, that would have been noted. The sheen looks unnatural and my guess is that the entire coin has been cleaned.
