New Texas Commemorative Pickup

I have been in Albuquerque this week on business and just picked up the coin below from a local coin shop. I apologize for the crummy pictures, but all I have is a camera phone at the moment. It's in a nice old PCGS rattler. It appears to have a small fingerprint on the obverse, but otherwise looks pretty good (to me anyway).

Image quality notwithstanding, looks like a winner to me too.

The Texas Commemorative is one of my favorites.

Is that made by Ford or Chevy? What's the difference between that and a regular pickup?
