Question on regrades

When you choose to Regrade a coin, it must meet the same criteria for the chosen service tier as raw coins must. So if you would like to submit your coin as a Modern Regrade, yes, you would need a minimum of five coins on the invoice. Please keep in mind that they would all need to be NGC encapsulated coins as raw and encapsulated coins must be kept on separate invoices.
