It is in an NGC problem free holder.

Thanks and I'll keep my guess at MS65. My other guesses are 1) that you think the coin deserved a lower grade than whatever it received and 2) if my grade guess is incorrect, it's on the low side, not the high side.

It's got great luster and frost but based on some minor whispy abrasions in the fields and some softness on the highest point of obverse center----I'm saying MS 64.

You are grading from a photo Ngc had it in hand, so maybe it is not overgraded.

My grade MS66 guess was just that - a lucky guess.

i thought it might be a binion one, it has that look. I knew it was from teletrade by the photos.

Peace Dollars grades are tough to understand, and tend to be (to my eye) under graded, especially the rare varieties. The hair around the eye seems to be a weak strike, so I would give this baby a 61 despite the rich luster.
