Is this walker worth sending in for grading If so,what grade would you give it?

No. It looks obviously circulated/worn on both sides and possibly cleaned and retoned.

I like it as a AU52 and I wouldn't invest any additional fees into it if it was mine.

No--the coin is worn and obviously artificially enhanced. Very common date as well.
