The NEW Santa Clara coin show is this weekend and Scott has been really working hard to put together a great show in place of the "old" Santa Clara show - I'll be there fore sure, so who else is going?

I hope this works out.

Since this doesn't seem to be scheduled like the old show was, what made them choose August instead of, say, the old November dates? hm

This is NOT a PCGS/Collectors Universe show and I do not think they will be there this time. Scott Griffin is the show promoter and is using the same convention center as when Collectors Universe owned the show, but only half the room will be used for now.

Set up is on Thursday for the dealers and early birds, then the show opens to the public on Friday and goes through Sunday. There is a list of dealers who are attending on the link in my first post but here it is - it's quite a list!

Yep, I'll be there Friday & Saturday and it should be a BLAST. I'm looking forward to this as I'll meet up with some friends from the forum at the show and later on meet up with a long lost friend from my youth, I haven't seen since high school, 44 years. Hope to pick up some beauties....Question, Who is "spoon" Armstrong" ? I don't remember hearing that name before....
