Luster looks really muted, so I am wondering, if it was cleaned but the strike and preservation are good.

 

I'll go with AU 58.

 

It's impossible to tell about the surfaces just from the images, though, but the luster seems compromised.

With the possible exception of AU58, the Buffalo's upper leg should have a plateau if there was some wear. I don't really see it....

 

The pictures are poor but I'd say it's low-end MS or AU58. It's possible the dullness is due to cleaning or a dip.
