If not for the carbon spot on the reverse E, 67. With it, 66+RD.

 

Not a carbon spot on the rev just a hint of a graze there that the lighting caught and turned dark. Good guesses everyone not surprising that she is MS67RD but one of the nicest I've seen in a long time for this date/mm. Its hard to find coins in the 40's and later with a clean shoulder as this one has, not one chicken scratch to be found.
