How common is it?

 

less than straight clip (edge of metal strip)

or curved clip (next to previous cut)

 

 

I am not sure of frequency but probably near the 1 in every 10,000 to 50,000

 

definitely very cool and worth in the $5 to $25 range

 

probably not worth submitting to verification

 

on the plus side the looks in the MS64/65 red range
