I don't grade Morgans, but to me the color is not attractive at all.

Here are a few more colorful GSA Morgans. I have much larger images if anyone wants to see them.

 

The 1884 MS66 also appears overgraded. The 1883 MS63* has an unfortunate gash in the chin that held it back.

 

I'm not in love with the toning of the bottom two GSA's.

 

The 4th Morgan has attractive toning and color, IMO.
