With the bag being opened, she lost a lot of value. Also, the coins in these bags were usually dinged to hell and back.

 

Her best bet is to look thru it herself and pick out the nicest ones and then show those to someone who knows how to grade them.

 

She should also look for the wide rim/near date variety.
