1906 IHC Grades Please!

I'd say MS-64 with a shot at Red. Color is always tough with photos. If photo matchs the coin, it has a better chance at red. As for the number grade it's got too many little marks to make MS-65 IMO.

I would have to look at the obverse field very close - the darker area in front of the face, could be toned, could be whizzed, could be darkened

 

the reverse has a spot of corrosion on the inside of E in CENT

 

I can't tell how much luster - does look RB

so 63-66 range if gradable
