Looks to be around 64RB to me.

As long as the luster is there in hand and the toning on the cheek is no to bad in hand I would 64 at least maybe 65rb

P.S. You may get more responses if you correct your title; Indian Head Cents were last produced in 1909, and your coin is a 1906.

MS 65 RB easy.. possible red.

I'd say MS-64 with a shot at Red. Color is always tough with photos. If photo matchs the coin, it has a better chance at red. As for the number grade it's got too many little marks to make MS-65 IMO.

I would have to look at the obverse field very close - the darker area in front of the face, could be toned, could be whizzed, could be darkened

 

the reverse has a spot of corrosion on the inside of E in CENT

 

I can't tell how much luster - does look RB

so 63-66 range if gradable

The diamonds aren't sharp enough to get past 63RB IMO

64RB and I agree with Bill, nice 1906 IHC. Your title seems semantically correct to me with nice diamonds.
