Looks to me like an MS65 coin all day long. I'd be interested in the story behind the crack out, I might just learn something.

I'm guessing it is an MS64 in an older slab and the OP thinks it has a shot an upgrade if he cracks it out and resubmits.

I'd say it's a solid MS64. I'm sure the luster is there although not shown on these images

I believe it to be a 65PL in a 64 holder.

What is there is the brush on the cheek and lower chin

Marks on the reverse from the reeding from another coin inb between united and the laurel and between america and the laurels
