Submission received but not showing as received

Hi -

I sent a submission for grading that contains the 2011 25th Anniversary set. It was sent on 11/18 with signature confirmation. The US Post Office web site shows it was delivered to NGC on 11/21 (yesterday) at 3:41. But, looking at My Submissions on the NGC site shows no history of it being received.

 

My question: what is the lag time between it being physically received and being recorded?

Thank you for the question. With the high volume of 25th Anniversary Sets that have been received there is a longer delay than usual. Your coins should show up as received within a couple of days.
