I thought for the longest time that this was an old penny. Then I put on my reading glasses.

 

You need your prescription fixed as you didn't read where it said United States of America on it, yet you stuck it in the world coin forum. :baiting:

 

FYI, these coins are extremely heavily counterfeited. It should be gold, but from the pictures it doesn't look like it.
