I'm going to guess a well struck 55, but the toning is so dark and thick it may be considered environmental damage.

Looks like rub to me so I'd go AU58 since there seems to be a lack of actual circulation marks. Maybe they went MS62?

The coin has a full head, and I see rub on the leg. I would go with AU55. If that is not wear, then I could see the coin in a MS62FH holder.
