4 old coins on the back of an old cigarette holder

Hi everyone, I'm new here and before I find a suitable place to test this for authenticity I would like an opinion if this is worth anything or not. So the story goes that a cigarette holder has been passed from generation to generation in my family, and now it turned true, when I got it. It's made of gold, has an engraved dragon on it with eyes made of Ruby. The lock is Emerald, and on the back there are 4 old coins. I have pictures so if anyone can guesstimate what I'm looking at I would be very thankful!
