I'd like to thank Jerica Garcia for her email on a registry point value today

It's bothered me for some time in the seated quarters registry, the 1840 Philly is valued much lower in the uncirculated grades than the '40-O. Auction appearances are few, and you'll never find a nice original one on the bourse floor. Dropped her a line yesterday evening, and received a response around noon today that they had adjusted the values of the unc seated quarters. Thanks guys,

I've only been around here for a short few months, but every question I've had has been answered, every phone call and email I've sent has been replied to. I am incredibly impressed. I am a small business owner, and I know how overwhelming customer service can get when each person thinks they should be your top priority, but when companies get it right, it's great. And NGC gets it right, in my book.

Just wondering, am I the only person who skimmed over the title and in my head saw/read "Jerry" instead of "Jerica" for a split second? :foryou:

 

 

Oh, and yes, NGC is EXCELLENT with customer service!
