The answer is:

 

NGC MS-64 FH!

 

The coin is from an era when NGC was (ahem) not quite so conservative in grading, yet I consider it a little above average at MS-64. The obverse is distinctly nicer than the grade, while the reverse is average to slightly better than MS-64. Strike is outstanding for a type-2, although there are occasionally sharper pieces out there. The yellowish cast as depicted is spot-on, which may mute the luster just enough to keep the coin out of a "gem" holder.
