looks decent but i bet the coin was white when it was holdered 20 or so years ago

 

and the sulfer tag/holder itself/something on the coin after it was holdered toned the coin in the holder

While that is NT, not all toning is good. There is a difference between toning, and eye appealing toning:

I wouldn't mind seeing nicer pictures of this coin. I think this coin has much more eye appeal than the pictures indicate.

Blue, brown, and gold are very common colors on Rosies. I think you need a better photo as they are usually not ugly. For example
