Looks like a MS65RD to me. Might be a 65+ or 65* today but I don't see a solid 66 from here.

 

P.S. In-hand it very well could be a 66 if the luster blisters your eyeballs.

I'll agree with his assessment; the luster keeps this at MS65 for me. I believe that the coin is full red, but it is difficult to tell from your photos. I wouldn't be surprised to see a red-brown designation.

I suspect the MS-66 RD grade is fair and equitable. NICE grab!

I knew it was nice but I tend to err on the conservative side at times. I didn't expect MS 66, though!!! WOW!!

 

What a great find in an old vintage holder!
