Need help with a Grade on a coin !

Here is a picture of a coin.

Was wondering what your guys thought it would grade.

My guess is AU 55 or AU 58 Red Brown or Red

 

I know these aren't the best pictures but pictures were

done Professionally and coin looks just like the Pictures provided.

 

Can you see the black spots on the coin in several areas...

can you see the black spot in between 1st & 2nd Monument Post

in first picture of Reverse coin ? I can.

 

Give me your opinions on what you think this coin would grade.

Please do not ask for better pictures....this is all I have.

You still need bigger pics my friend. There's no grading this coin with even the slightest of accuracy with the size of these.

Forgive me Mark for not spotting a coin that's 1 of 7 in known existence. Especially one in such good condition. Yeah, I put my foot in my mouth, but it was an accident. You seem to do it for the fun.
