Planchet striations what Details grade ?

I have planchet striations problem here:

 

If i would send this coin to NGC what would the details grade say ?

(Does this NGC grading really work with all these pitfalls ?)

Those planchet striations indicate that a coin is weakly struck and are seen on many Morgan dollars. They would not cause a coin to be Details graded unless there are other problems. A weaker strike, of course, would affect the numeric grade of the coin.
