Membership Expiration

We are currently working on our renewal process. For the time being, if you have a Collectors' Society account, regardless of when you signed up, you are still considered active. Very shortly we will be emailing and/or mailing notices to those members who have accounts that were activated over one year ago, or are about to expire - offering them the opportunity to renew online. The renewal fee will be the same $99, and new coupons will be issued. In the mean-time if your membership is over one year old, and you would like to receive new grading coupons, you may call Customer Service at (800) 642-2646, and renew over the phone with a credit card. Otherwise continue to submit and you will receive a notice before we make any change to your account.

We did consider it, however after asking around, we felt that the coupons are one of the major draws of membership in the Collectors' Society. We decided not to mess with a good thing. If you are looking for ways to submit your coins to NGC without renewing your membership, please feel free to give Customer Service a call at (800) 642-2646, and we'll help you determine which way is best for you. Remember, you can always submit through a member dealer, or as a member of the American Numismatic Association, you may sign up for an Associate Membership with us and submit directly.
