OP, is that a proof? I saw a proof one that looked almost exactly like that one, in a genuine holder due to the coloring because it had been cleaned at some point. I'm suspecting this one has been cleaned or treated as well.

I don't like the looks of it. MS-60 details.

I love the looks of the shield side but the center of wreath w/2 cents side looks altered, I'm thinkin'. Looks like MS-63 to me but I agree with Dude and James that it was probably cleaned and won't grade if submitted.

You know, OP, that dull area may just be a strange type of toning. I've seen it on certified Walkers b4.

 

As always, that coin would really have to be seen under a loupe instead of just pics. I am only judging it on what I THINK that I see.

 

Overall I REALLY LIKE that Coin.

It might look different in-hand, but by the photo I'd say MS-64, R&B.

I'm thinking 64rb too but on the obv at the top it's hard to tell what that is on the surface.

Still a nice coin.
