Not my cup of tea so I am just wanting to get my guess out there before the experts show up and make better estimates.

Libery shows plainly, but he surfaces might prevent a problem free grade. I think the technical grade would be VF-30.

Looks like a solid VF-20 to me with perhaps some surface issues which might prevent it from grading.
