I believe it is a GSA Morgan as much as I believe all those Silver Eagles certified by ACG as "Millennium Set" really came from these sets.

 

If they'll lie to you about the grade, then they will lie to you about everything.

Greg- for all they do wrong, and it's a TON (PM me about those "MS69" Kennedies!), NTC will only slab a Morgan as GSA if they break it out of the holder themselves.

 

Still seems like such a pity though.

You don't think that the owner of NTC would slab a few as GSA for himself and his friends?

 

Let's be honest, what would be the downside to him? And wouldn't it be an easy way to thank his friends for submitting to NTC?

 

I'm not saying that this would happen, but in my opinion, it could happen.

I love the "Rare to find a GSA graded and certified..." Still trying to figure the reasoning behind that statement.
