Where is the button to check my order status?

Collectors Society members with paid full feature accounts can check the status of their submissions online by choosing "My Order Status" from the Coins menu after logging in.

 

If you are not a Collectors Society member, you are welcome to contact customer service at 1.800.NGC.COIN to check the status of your submissions.

Just a thought, but wouldn't it be more cost effective to NGC just to make that a feature available to everyone? If you add up the long distance charges, personnel time on the phone, excess telephone lines, etc............ confused.gif

This was discussed a LONG time ago. Their answer was it was one thing they could provide to the customers as an incentive to pay for membership. If I recall correctly, they said it would become open to everyone at some point, but not before they beefed up their other online offerings to the paid membership. This was around the time they started offering the 10% discount to online submissions.

 

I still think they should give a David Lange book and maybe a Census Report to the new members.
