Ben Franklin coin info please help

I can't see the image you linked, but there are two 1948 Franklin half dollars, one made in Philadelphia, and one in Denver (this one has a small "D" above the center of the liberty bell). The 1948 had a mintage of just over 3 million and the 1948-D just over 4 million, neither one is particularly valuable unless it is uncirculated. If circulated, it is worth the silver content at least which lately has been about 3.5x face value, or about $1.75, though some collectors might be willing to pay a few dollars more since it was the first year of the Franklin series.
