That invoice was submitted by someone else and the 1799 Dollar purchased after it was certified. But you're right, even though the other coins on that invoice aren't his, he does, indeed, have some "big league coins".

When you consider what $1 could buy in 1799, and the utter lack of dedicated preservation for decades afterwards.
