Wrong reverse (doesn't match up with the obverse).

But, greater still: check out those skirt lines! ::Shesh:: Can this seller spell c o u n t e r f e i t? Can he spell, C H I N A?

 

Also, the whole portrait is too wide, even if you discounted the obvious mismatched dies.

Right - Liberty is out of proportion, but the very obvious sign is that the type I reverse (berry under claw) ended in 1876.

 

But Keith was right insofar as there is no 78CC with the small CC mintmark - they are all very large CC's for that date.

The reverse is wrong. The '78-CC has a T2 reverse, whereas the one in the picture is of a T1 reverse. (The berry in the claw should NOT Be there.)
