Silver Burnished Eagle mint-packaged coin holders

I have a 2008-W burnished silver eagle with a large (3/4") "hair" on the reverse of the coin, along with assorted fuzz on it. I tried to open the original plastic holder, but not sure if it can be opened without breaking it. Who can advise on this one?

Jim if this is in OGP, it should just be a normal airtite. They do fit a little tighter than most but you should still be able to open it without breaking it. I usually just take the edge of my knife and go all the way around it till it finally loosens and comes apart.
