Woudl this Nickel Get Ultra Cameo at NGC?

I know it has that spot on it but does it still warrent the rating? The spot looks more frosty than the pic shows... and it does not have scrathes

Yes it would. However, it needs to be dipped before submitting. That haze and spot will keep the grade down quite a bit.

Why go through all the trouble and costs when you could buy a problem free, hassle free, nice raw or certified UCAM on ebay or your local coin shop for less?
