Great start indeed! I didn't know the Daniel Boone comm ran consecutive years.

Can someone point out the overdate on the 1934/35? I don't see it.

It's not an overdate....it has the year 1934 on the obverse

Very nice start. I always like commemoratives and have almost the complete collection

I am starting this collection off with coins close to are dealing with North Carolina. Then I will slowly start expanding to other states.

 

The Bay Bridge I couldn't pass up.

It boggles my mind, though, that....at the height of the Depression....the mints were churning out oodles of Commems for sale at premiums.

I really like that Columbia, and the Roanoke is pretty nice also. I keep wanting to get a Columbia, for the whole SC thing, but money and opportunity have not lined up.

I was born in Columbia which is why I wanted this one and may get others. I live in NC which is why I am going after the Boone's and the Roanoke. Next are commem's that border NC or SC.
