This one is a 109a R3. This coin appears to be convex around the bust, and the bust also distinctly lacks detail. Die was nearing the end of its life when this one was struck. Some hairlines are present, maybe even from mishandling, but nothing unusual to indicate intentional cleaning. There is actually luster present in the devices. The minor rim hits at 11:00 on the obverse are rather minor. For a VF-25, this coin is great. Especially when you consider how few decent examples of this die pair are out there.

Those are the kinds of hairlines that are not at all a result of cleaning. They are what I call "incidental hairlines", and despite the near-hysteria that sometimes comes with finding a few hairlines, they are perfectly normal for a circulated coin, and fully acceptable to me. Great addition to your collection!
