These coins had shallow strikes so some "commercial grades" will call this EF-40, but it really does not make that grade.

I'll call this a solid VF-30, maybe a little more.

This one is a O-103 R 3 (although the holder says 103A, but the coin is missing the proper die cracks). NGC graded it VF 25. I snagged after doing a little research and noticing equivalent or even exact coins in the past having been graded 35 or even 40 (both PCGS and NGC). There is a fair amount of luster present, like that of what you would find on a coin graded XF 40, so who knows. The obverse detail is rather weak, and the reverse is struck off-center. No marks of significance. Plus the price was right...
