Can anyone name the country that issued a commemorative coin for the Standard Catalog of World Coins?

OK. The answer is LIBERIA. KM# 323 commemorating the 25th anniversary of the Standard Catalog of World Coins. Of course Liberia issues a coin for just about everything and everyone, but I thought this one was interesting. I don't own one. I stumbled on it when I found a Mozart tiny gold coin from Liberia KM #625 for my music coin set.

 

I just found this site. It has good pictures of the coin and the interesting history of how it was created. Worth reading.
