Looks Dcam to me. Can't tell too much on the grade. Looks like may have some issues left of building by the rim. Also can't tell on the S.

bill when you say first s do you meen type 1 closed S.

its closed S. I have an 81 proof set with the open S and that is much more blobby/filled than mine. I can post a pic of mine in a few days when I get home from school. And if you want to buy it I have no attachment to anything but the cent out of that set and I'd be happy to break it up.

thank you all! bobby has been waiting for me to find this t2 5c and for the life of me i cant find a one i last year ran across 7 t2 1979 sets but not the 81

 

i have 3 more to check in SDB and that will be it.
