Don't see why it wouldn't grade James. Maybe EF35??

Looks cleaned and retoned, but no worse than many I've seen in slabs. Doesn't appear to have hairlines - you can tell us better what's going on in the field in front of her cheek. All that being said, it would not make it into my collection, I don't care for it.

I would say VF25, and possibly cleaned. The hairlines I see may just be album slide marks though...?

But, it could be NCS or ANACS or ICG "details only" plastic !

 

The coin is straight-graded in an old ANACS VF-20 holder. I think it has been cleaned, but is by no means ugly. It could GONG either way on any given day!
