I have the same problem the site is down every once and a while it come up but it only lasts for a few minutes???

I believe the NGC guys sabotaged it in retaliation for David Hall intentionally misspelling Mr. Salzberg's name.

I thought that was pretty bad that he misspelled his chief competitor's name... I wonder if it was just in haste, or if it was intentional.
