Anyone up on Lincoln Errors?

I found this 1962-D Lincoln cent with a strange attachment at the end of the 6

What do you think? Anyone seen this before?

Looks like a die crack. Maybe $1 value.

The photo is a bit blurred but it looks like a strike-thru error to me. It looks too rounded and ends too abruptly to be a die crack, IMO. Errorist would know more than I.

Looks like a die crack. They can take all forms, and no two are ever exactly the same. It also looks like an overdate 6/9

I don't think it's a die crack. There's doubling on the date and that's a really big devil's tail on the 6 for a die crack. Machine doubling with a die error? Not likely but the best I can come up with.
