How to get eBay sale fee back ?

Hi Folks,

If a buyer is returning an item, how do you get your fee back?

I was thinking you mark it as payment not received and then file a NPB ?

I'm just not sure.

Yes - You file a NPB and it will have an option

for

 

You BOTH agree not to complete the sale

Reason Buyer is return item for refund

 

I believe BOTH are in the drop down menus

 

DO not do this until it is in HAND and is in same condition as sent

 

Your fees will be refunded

 

ALSO you can still leave each other feedback
