Texas Commem... your thoughts?

It's actually in a really old ANACS holder at 63. My concern might be some leftover residue on the reverse from a possible dip. I really like the color though.

It's a nice coin, but even if you get an MS-66, the Gray Sheet bid price is only $295. It's a marginal call, but the coin would sell better in a PCGS holder. The market for the "old" commemoratives is really slow right now.
