That is odd.

Any of these surveys I've taken, and I always elaborate on them, were directed at sellers.

I suppose they must have ones geared toward buyers though. They sure didn't get all their 'good' ideas from sellers.

Be careful of phishing mails which aren't actually from eBay.

 

I don't think that's much of a concern. I was never asked to log in or provide personal information.
