Wallpaper anyone?

I did a search to see if there has been a wallpaper post

but came up empty handed. It is very possible that I didn't

do a proper search

 

So maybe we can post a few here.

Can't anyone post anything larger than 800x600? How about 1024x768 at least?

I like that gold hodgepodge above. I just wish it was big enough for my screen.

 

 

I usually go for a simple background so I can see my icons better. I made this from a gold 1/10 oz eagle I have:

Nice clock, Stef, but you need to rotate the photo 1 or 2 degrees counterclockwise.

 

The clock would also look nice in any one of three circular arrays:

 

1. Place the smaller coins so that their edge touches the outer perimeter of the larger coins.

 

2. Place the smaller coins so that their centerpoint is on the same circle as the centerpoints of the larger coins.

 

3. Place the smaller coins so that their edge touches the inner perimeter of the larger coins.

How about a clock made from coins with the correct ending dates to make the numbers? e.g., 1912 at the top, 1903 for the 3, 1906 at the bottom, 1909 at the right...
