I have a nice cameo 1960 proof cent that I'm planning on submitting. Do I need to mark whether I want to have the small date/large date attribution made (and pay extra for) or will this be done automatically?

If you are looking for just the small date or just the large date attributions, there are no additional costs. However, if you are looking for the small date over large date attribution, you would need to indicate Variety Plus on your submission form and include an additional $7.
