I have two 1999-S silver Proof sets and the Jefferson in both has what appears to be a notch cut out in the chin. Not the best images, but you get the idea. I figure that the die must have had some foreign matter on the chin and left it's mark. Does anyone else have one? What are the chances of both sets received from the mint having this?
